Zita Group had only recently started to harness its social media presence to drive sales, but unfortunately the results weren’t as expected. Their goal for 2020, was to increase its Facebook and Instagram activity further to drive online sales in the most cost-effective way possible.

Taking a “full-funnel” sales approach.

Zita Group Facebook ads Strategy was based on matching ad types, formats and audiences to different stages of the sales funnel, which would allow the business to systematically attract and engage new customers and guide them over time towards an eventual purchase.

To first attract potential customers, we ran ads with dynamically created product recommendations, which generated content views. People interested in luxury footwear and fashion, as well as lookalike audiences based on existing customers or visitors, saw these ads.

During the consideration phase, people engaged with the initial ads or visited the website then saw further ads across Facebook and Instagram.

Finally, to win sales, we personalized ads event further to people who showed an interest in the brand and its products. People who added products to cart or initiated checkout saw dynamic ads featuring the most relevant styles to their interest and tastes, along with a strong call to action.

Zita Group’s campaign results represented a giant step in the right direction. Between January and December, the business’ consistent approach considerably increased overall online sales, achieving the following:

  • 76% increase in Social Ads Conversion Rate
