The Challenge

When Unalome approached us, they weren’t struggling. On the contrary – they were already running their own ads and seeing a healthy ROAS of around 10. But the founder had a feeling: the campaigns were good, not great. Growth had hit a ceiling, and there was a sense that with the right structure, strategy, and creative direction, the brand could go much further. The goal was ambitious but clear:
• Grow revenue and orders significantly
• Keep ROAS above 10 with the same ad budget
• Turn Unalome into the undisputed leader in plus size fashion in Greece

Our Approach

From day one, our strategy was about more than just tweaking campaigns. We wanted to reimagine the way Unalome showed up online – smarter targeting, sharper creatives, and stronger presence across platforms. On Meta, we rebuilt the account from the ground up. We set up the Facebook Pixel and Conversion API with event deduplication to track results accurately. Then we rolled out a full-funnel structure: awareness campaigns to introduce the brand, engagement campaigns to spark interest, conversion campaigns to drive sales, and remarketing to bring shoppers back. Dynamic Product Ads became a backbone of our strategy, showing people the exact products they had viewed or added to cart.

To keep performance high, we layered in custom audiences, exclusions, lookalikes – and we leaned heavily into video content (reels, testimonials, styling videos) to capture attention at scale. On Google, we optimized every piece of the account. Smart bidding strategies took over, while responsive search and smart shopping campaigns helped us reach high-intent buyers.

We refined ad copy, CTAs, and extensions, monitored Quality Scores, and continually improved landing pages to lower CPCs and raise conversion rates. Performance Max campaigns and Smart Display were added to feed the funnel with new prospects. We also expanded into TikTok, bringing Unalome’s products to a younger, fast-growing audience with creative-first campaigns. At the same time, we built a robust data feed management system: enriching the product feed with details like profit margin, seasonality, stock, and size. That allowed us to make smarter decisions on where to push spend, which products to prioritize, and how to dynamically adjust campaigns.

Finally, we automated what could be automated. Rules and scripts helped us reallocate budgets in real time, pause underperforming products, and scale winners faster. By syncing learnings across Google, Meta, and TikTok, we created a system that not only worked in silos, but reinforced itself across every channel.

Results

Within a year, the results spoke for themselves. Revenue climbed by almost 60% compared to the previous year, while orders jumped by 45%. On Meta, ROAS consistently stayed above 30. On Google, it never dropped below 20. Perhaps most telling of all: people weren’t just clicking ads – they were searching for the brand.

Branded search volume surged, and impression share across devices steadily grew. Unalome had become more than an e-commerce store – it was a name people recognized and looked for.
